Who are EPIC Luton Parent Carer Forum?
EPIC Luton (Empowering Parents, Influencing Change in Luton) is the official Parent Carer Forum for the Luton Borough. They are a voluntary and independent group of Luton Parents and Carers whose purpose is to become the bridge between local services and families.
Their aim is to empower parents and carers of children and young people aged 0-25 with additional needs/ special educational needs and/or disability (SEND) within the Luton Borough to ensure services in our area meet the needs of children and young people and their families. They intend to be the collective voice representing all members and all disabilities.

Healthwatch Luton and EPIC Luton PCF want to gather the views of parents/carers who have used SEND services in Luton. We want to know whether you felt supported and the quality of the service provided.
Your feedback can help shape future education, health and care services.
The feedback provided will be shared with local commissioners and service providers to highlight where services are working well as well as recommendations of how services can be improved.
