Tell us about your experience of GP services in Luton
Healthwatch Luton is currently visiting GP practices across the town as part of our Enter and View programme, speaking directly with patients about their experiences of local GP services.
These visits give us an important opportunity to hear from patients and see how services are working in practice. However, we know that speaking to people who are already inside a GP surgery does not always give us the full picture.
We want to hear from you
We want to understand the experiences of people across Luton – including those who have found it difficult to contact their GP practice or get an appointment, those who use telephone or online services, and those who have had positive experiences of their care.
We’d like to know about your experience of:
- Contacting your GP practice
- Booking and accessing appointments
- Face-to-face, telephone and online services
- The care and support you received
- What is working well and what you think could be improved
Whether your experience has been positive, negative or somewhere in between, we want to hear from you.
Your feedback will be considered alongside what we hear during our Enter and View visits, helping us build a broader picture of people’s experiences of GP services across Luton.
