Alicia Nursing Home

This report outlines the findings of an Enter and View visit in accordance with the statutory powers granted under the Health and Social Care act. The purpose of the visit was to observe the quality of care being provided, gather the views and experiences of those using the service, identify good practice as well as opportunities for improvement.

The visit was carried out by authorised representatives of Healthwatch Luton, who engaged with residents, staff and the environment to form an overall view of the service.
